I had the pleasure of shooting these newborn twins in my studio in Norman, Oklahoma. I knew i’d do my best, but I was so pleased with the session. Of course many thanks to my darling assistant Crystal.

The momma of these cute kiddos booked me at an event last fall just when she found out she was having twins. I was very excited– i’ve shot twins and a set of triplets, so i knew I could do it, but all of the babies I’d had lately were all single ones! I was nervous leading up to the shoot, but i had been planning for the shoot– i knew there was going to be a boy and a girl. Right before Valentine’s Day, so i wanted to make it extra special. I crocheted two long tailed hats, red and gray, with girly and manly bands of the opposite colors. Like everything in my life, i was finishing it the night before!
